Family Reading Night
We are very excited to have our Family Reading Night this Tuesday 6:30-7:30! Please join us as we do activities centered around our book the Enormous Egg. I will be in and out of school a few days this week so please call the office on T, TH, F if you have immediate questions/needs or transportation changes.
We are focusing on: Math: Addition within 1000 Reading: We will working on contractions this week. We will also be working on text features, main idea/details, and identifying author's purpose. Writing: We are focusing on opinion writing and editing/revising this quarter. Science/Social Studies: Landforms and Maps

Reminders: Please have your student finish/fix their math sent home in their folders. Students also need to read to you every night. Our school-wide book would be a great book to read as a family! Please check folders daily. Please send a snack for your child. Please send your child dressed in warm clothing with winter coats. Hats and gloves are encouraged. We go out to recess unless it is below freezing.
