March is here!
A big thanks to Mrs. Hillenburg for organizing our Family Reading Night and the Book Fair. She is awesome! It was great to see everyone at Family Reading Night. Permission slips for the field trip on April 4th to the Watershed went home Friday. Please sign and return those as soon as possible.
We are focusing on: Math: Addition/Subtraction within 1000 Reading: We will working on ing this week. We will also be working on text features, main idea/details, and identifying author's purpose. Writing: We are focusing on opinion writing and editing/revising this quarter. Science/Social Studies: Landforms and Maps

Reminders: Please have your student finish/fix their math sent home in their folders. Students also need to read to you every night. Our school-wide book would be a great book to read as a family! Please check folders daily. Please send a snack for your child. Please send your child dressed in warm clothing with winter coats. Hats and gloves are encouraged. We go out to recess unless it is below freezing.
